Whether it's a celebration, seminar, gathering, or presentation, the high-quality catering ordered from Vaksali Tavern ensures the success of your event. We organize events in an atmospheric hall for up to 70 people or in a cozy fireplace room for up to 30 people.
We deliver the food to the agreed location at the agreed time. If desired, we offer the full service, including a party tent and event furniture. We also rent out dishes, party tents, beer equipment, gas grills, charcoal grills, and much more.

On the first floor, there is the Tavern's large hall and a balcony. The large hall offers several possibilities for table arrangements: you can either sit at a long table, accommodating up to 35 people, or in smaller table groups of 4-6 people. We also offer a separate seating arrangement on the balcony of the historic tavern building for 8-10 people for meetings and other events.
On the second floor of the Tavern, there is the Good Thoughts Room. It is also perfect for hosting birthdays or other celebrations and can accommodate up to 25 people. The window offers a beautiful view of the historic Tapa station building and the steam locomotive. In suitable weather, larger events can be held in the Tavern's yard. At the entrance, there is a unique dance floor made of railway tracks, which is ideal for setting up tables and chairs. The town of Tapa is known as an important railway junction, and of course, there is a station. Next to the station is where we are, Vaksali Tavern. It has always been that there is a tavern next to the railway station.

While eateries for travelers usually offer quick meals for those in a hurry, Vaksali Tavern has also operated under the guidance of a renowned TV show 'chef,' so you can expect a true culinary experience. A new menu was also created for the restaurant for the 'chef' TV show.

Your computer must have a functioning wireless network card to connect. Look for the wifi network named 'Vaksali Trahter' and the password is 0123456789. Connect to the network, and the necessary IP and DNS addresses for the internet session will be automatically assigned to your computer. This is usually sufficient to establish an internet connection. If you find that the connection is not working, check your computer's IP settings (Start > Settings > Control Panel > Network Connections > LAN > TCP/IP Properties > set IP and DNS settings to automatic). The outgoing mail server (SMTP) is mail.neti.ee.

Vaksali Venue Rental
Table arrangements: classic, long banquet tables or groups of 4-6 people. We offer a separate seating arrangement for 8-10 people on the balcony of the historic tavern building (meetings, small birthday parties, etc.)
